Mike - I have been going to PT for about 3 wks. for shoulder pain. Everything the Therapists have told me about scapulae retraction, is exactly what you have said. I try to do this as often as I can. I cannot believe the difference it makes. It is such a small thing and you can do it anywhere anytime!! Thanks!!!

I try to keep my journal every day, but like you said, since I know no one else sees it, I leave a bite of this or that out sometimes. I will start e-mailing it to you once a week so you can monitor me.
