Understanding Your Health Needs
If your employees are like most of the people that I come into contact with in my business, they have several built-in barriers that keep them from exercising regularly and eating properly.
The first barrier is the time/location issue. After an 8-9 hour work day, the last thing most individuals want to do is travel to the gym. As for exercising before work, very few like to get up at
The second barrier is a general (forgive me for this term) ignorance about what to do if one makes it to the gym. Most people do not know how to exercise in an efficient manner, do not know how to achieve their desired results, and usually end up wasting their time walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes. On top of that, there is also a general lack of understanding about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat, all of which will sabotage any work that does get done in the gym.
Lastly, the third barrier is affordability. Gym memberships are relatively cheap, but if one really wants to be educated and get results, a trainer must be hired. This can be costly, ranging from $60-$75 per hour.
In conclusion, you need someone to come to your facility, to provide you with the most efficient, dynamic workout possible, to provide nutritional guidance and counseling, and to do all this at an affordable group rate.

Onsite Training
First, a Jett Wellness team member will come to your facility at a predetermined set time twice weekly. We can determine the best time for the majority of the participating employees to attend. This may be scheduled before business hours, during the lunch hour, or at the end of the work day. This will allow your employees easy access to high quality exercise and will remove a major barrier to participation.
Prior to the initiation of the program, we will complete an assessment/evaluation on each participating employee. This will allow us to determine any underlying physical issues which may hinder progress, and allow us to work toward correcting those issues.
Once monthly I (or a special guest) will give a short seminar on a topic related to lifestyle modification, such as nutrition, chiropractic care, or flexibility. This can be scheduled during the lunch hour or after work, whichever works best for your employees.
Boot Camp-Style Workout Classes
The workout classes will be run like a boot camp: this form of exercise in unparalleled for promoting fat loss while simultaneously increasing fitness level and total body strength. Boot camp classes are also really fun too! There is very little equipment needed, as most exercises will involve moving one’s own body weight.
Each workout will build on the workout prior to it. This will allow the participants to progress toward the goals of reduced body fat and increased fitness and strength.
As mentioned above, the workouts are based on moving one’s own body weight for a prescribed period of time. This method allows the intensity to easily be adjusted as needed according to different levels of fitness. So individuals of all ability level can participate and be challenged accordingly.
A ten minute stretching/cool-down period will be included at the end of each hour workout.
Nutritional Guidance
In addition to the monthly seminars, participating employees will be issued weekly food journals which will be collected, reviewed, and provided feedback on. These two services will educate your employees thoroughly on the subject of nutrition.

The increase in exercise and improved nutritional habits will have your employees looking better and feeling better. They will be healthier and thus less prone to missing work due to injury and/or illness.
Affordability
As mentioned above, personal training usually runs from $60-$75 per hour. Group classes, though cheaper, still average $15 to $20 per class per person. Keep this in mind as we break down the two packages, both of which would be paid in full upfront.
