PHYSICAL TRAINING FOR REAL LIFE SITUATIONS

What does this mean exactly?

The goal of Jett Fitness is to prepare you for any situation you may encounter in this crazy world we live in- be it carrying your child for hours on end, moving heavy objects, jumping out of the way of a car speeding toward you as the driver obliviously talks away on his/her cell phone, or simply maintaining your balance when jostled. While training for these real life situations, you will naturally experience weight loss, improved fitness, and an overall elevated state of health.

How do we do this?

First, you will be kept on your feet- no machines!
Second, we train agility, balance, power, strength, and endurance using standard equipment such as bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, and your own body; and using more unconventional equipment such as kettle bells, ropes, monkey bars, water jugs, grappling dummys, and tractor tires.
Third, we will have fun, guaranteed.

Lastly, and most importantly, we will work to improve your mental strength and dexterity. The hour you spend with us is a microcosm of your life. If you are mentally strong and persevere during that hour, it will carry over to the rest of your life.

$60 per hour for one-on-one session
$90 per hour for group of 2
$120 per hour for group of 3
Groups of 4 or more, $30 per hour per person
